Benjamin Cheboi is the Chief Operating Officer and Board Secretary of the Higher Education Loans Board in Kenya. Prior to this he was Academic Registrar at Jomo Kenyatta University of Agriculture & Technology. He was a member of the Kamunge Task Force on Review & Harmonization of Kenyan Laws Governing Education, Training & Research (2006). He earned his BSc from the University of Nairobi, a postgraduate diploma from Kenyatta University and a MEd in Financing Higher Education from the University of Manchester.
