Bernard is the Administrator of the External Funds Office of the University of Education, Winneba - Ghana. He started project management in 1999 as the Director of exchange programme, Ghana-Holland Youth Exchange Programme. He has received professional training in fund raising by Council for Advancement and Support for Education and until his recent appointment was the Alumni Relations Officer of the University. He has been part of the University�s fund raising campaign and part of the current set up of UEW to source and manage donor funds. With a Master of Science degree in Project Planning and Management, he is responsible for the day-to-day cordination of the forty (40) externally funded projects of UEW. I am invloved with proposal development, projects' monitoring and Evaluation and the general administration of the External Funds Office. He is PRINCE2 trained and a member of Association for Project Management. His Hobbies are: Cooking, travelling, swimming and singing.
